I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the incredible support you have given my family throughout the years. Because of your generosity, I was able to complete my undergraduate degree and receive assistance with my rental apartment while in school. Your support truly changed the trajectory of my life, and I cannot express how grateful I am.

Today, I am proud to be working as a Registered Nurse on a pediatric oncology floor, using the education that your organization helped make possible. Every day, I have the privilege of caring for children and families during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and I carry with me the appreciation for everyone who helped me get here.

Losing a parent at a young age brought many challenges for my family, and having organizations like the Hundred Club of Connecticut beside us made a meaningful difference. Your kindness and belief in students like me provided not only financial assistance but also reassurance that we were supported and not alone.

As I continue to grow in my nursing career, I have also begun thinking about returning to school to pursue a master’s degree in nursing education. I have developed such a passion for learning and for helping others, and I would love the opportunity to eventually educate and support future nurses in the way so many people supported me.

Thank you so much! (Redacted) and (Redacted) are pretty amazing, and they have been able to thrive with the help of so many including all of you at the Hundred Club. We are beyond grateful for the TREMENDOUS support. Education was very important to Kevin. He had conversations with (Redacted) about his hope that he would attend college someday. (Redacted) was never one who loved school so it's been wonderful to see him succeed in college these last two years. He is majoring in Criminal Justice as of now. (Redacted) loves school and is undecided at this time although she did attend FLEYA during the summer of her junior year so maybe she will pursue law enforcement in some way! Kevin is smiling down on these two. They are making him proud. I also know he would be very humbled by the love and support demonstrated by The Hundred Club. I know I am. I don't have the words to express the appreciation I feel. It's just beyond amazing what you do for families.
