Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member. Please fill out and submit the form below. There are two Membership Types:

Regular Membership:

Annual Dues are $250 and will include up to 3 vehicle shields (1 included with your membership). All donations are tax deductible.

Business / Corporate / Union Membership:

Annual Dues are $1,500 and will include one vehicle shield for the CEO / Owner/ President. Your company or union office will also receive a Hundred Club plaque for display. This is an excellent opportunity for businesses, fire, police and correction unions and departments to support the Hundred Club through a tax-deductible donation.

Your Questions, Answered

  • If you forget to pay your annual dues, you will have to fill out a new application. Your membership can be reinstated, but your membership number may change.

  • The following are requirements for Life Membership status:

    -Member must have held a valid, uninterrupted membership for at least fifteen years.

    -Member must be at least 75 years of age.

    -Member has paid The Hundred Club the sum of $500.
