  President's Message

André Charbonneau

I am both proud and honored to serve as president of The Hundred Club of Connecticut for 2009.  I have been a member for 25 years and I believe this is the most unique and caring charitable organization of its kind.

The Hundred Club was founded to assist the surviving families of all police officers, firefighters and correction officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.  Since its inception the Club has given more than 8 million dollars, including initial death benefits, scholarships, tuition, computers and other forms of special assistance.

All of the programs that we provide are funded entirely by membership dues.  I would like to thank each member for your continued support and look forward to welcoming new members in the coming year.  You are responsible for making us "The Club with a Heart".

I am committed to working with the Board of Directors and our Managing Director in sustaining The Hundred Club and making sure we continue to meet the needs of the families of our fallen heroes.

To Serve those who served us so well.
