As you know, the mission of the
Hundred Club of Connecticut is to
provide financial assistance to the
surviving spouse and children of all
police officers, correction officers,
and firefighters, volunteer and
full-time, who have given their lives in
the performance of their duties. Over
the past 40 years, The State has seen
218 fallen heroes, and the Club has
helped their families by distributing
more than 8 million dollars, including
an initial death benefit, scholarships,
tuition, computers and many other forms
of special assistance. It is our primary
focus to help the families of the fallen
better their lives, and that is why they
call this group "The Club with a Heart."
Our organization is funded solely by
dues, and we are most grateful for the
support of our 2.500+ members
representing a cross section of all
walks of life in Connecticut.
As 2008 President of the Hundred Club
of Connecticut, I am committed to
keeping up the high standards which have
become the hallmark of this
organization. My personal goal is to
work with the Managing Director and the
Board of Directors to ensure that we
strive to meet the needs of families of
those who have given the ultimate
sacrifice. For The Club is all about
THEM, but it is all because of YOU.
Thank you for your ongoing support
