Former Club Leader State's "Dick Clark"
A former president of The Hundred Club was
officially hailed as "The Dick Clark of
Connecticut."
At the 60th birthday party, May 16, for Nicholas
H. "Dick" Robinson a proclamation from Gov. John
Rowland giving him this honor was read.
Mr.Robinson, founder of the Connecticut School
of Broadcasting, was a Greater Hartford radio
personality in the 1960s. He served as president
of The Hundred Club in 1988.
